PhDr. Vlaďka Kůželová
Psychologist, conceptual founder of CCC vladislava.kuzelova@vscht.czI enjoy working with people. Perhaps because I like most of those I meet, and also because by studying them I learn a great deal about myself. That is why I studied psychology at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague, where I confirmed that I had chosen the right path and understood that it also means a lifelong commitment to education in this field, gradually seeking my own specialization and finding ways and opportunities to further develop it. This led me to professionally focus on leadership and on creating conditions in which people enjoy returning to their work and find the time spent there positively fulfilling—because they feel comfortable at work and because it helps them grow into independent, thoughtful, and creative individuals. I had the opportunity to verify this principle in practice as the Director of the National Institute for Education, as the Head of the Department for Studies and Student Affairs at the Rectorate of Charles University, and it also applies today, as I work as the Head of the Department of Social Affairs, Healthcare, and Education at the municipal office.
Just as I enjoy working with people, I also enjoy working in the academic environment of UCT Prague. With enthusiasm and joy, I prepared the concept of the Counselling and Career Centre, and since its establishment I have continued with the same pleasure to observe how successfully it has been developing, while also providing psychological counselling services. In the column From the Depths of the Soul in SPIN magazine, you can regularly find my articles, which are often inspired by issues addressed with students in the counselling centre. My life philosophy is simple: on the journey through life, nothing can truly be changed—one can only keep learning. I am usually able to answer for myself the questions of why, for what purpose, and at what cost. From time to time, I take stock of my life and the world around me. I am not an admirer of big names, although I greatly respect their achievements. Instead, I am motivated and inspired by ordinary, inconspicuous people around me—people who are able to overcome their limits while remaining humble within, people who can change their habits for their own sake despite ingrained stereotypes. I like stories of people with whom I can identify, compare myself, and perhaps even compete a little. I pass on only what I believe in and what I have tried and verified. Passing things on is, after all, a great gift—one that should be used and understood as a person’s responsibility to themselves and to others.
Bc. Kristina Vintonjak
Psychological counsellor Kristina.Vintonjak@vscht.czI am a future psychologist and psychotherapist. So far, my professional focus has been primarily on working with children and adolescents, from whom I have learned a great deal. I have worked in a school counselling centre at a primary school, in an educational-psychological counselling centre, as well as in the field of prevention as a facilitator of programmes focused on the mental health of high school students. I am currently completing my degree in Psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, and I am a trainee in a psychotherapeutic training programme in Person-Centred Approach (PCA). I have also completed training in crisis intervention. Alongside work and education, it is important to me to spend my free time meaningfully and to recharge the energy that I can then bring into my work with you. In my free time, I enjoy being in nature, I love animals, and I take pleasure in discovering new places and human stories.
I also provide consultations in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
Dr. Ing. Markéta Raková
Career coachThroughout my life, I have been engaged in providing people with the information and perspective they need to make decisions in important situations. I help them step back, see things from a broader perspective, and recognize what truly matters. I work with students, managers, and business owners alike. At UCT Prague (VŠCHT), in addition to individual consultations, you can meet me at various workshops and lectures focused on careers, job searching, or mentoring.
Because I studied chemistry myself—both at secondary school and at UCT Prague, including completing a PhD—I am able to understand what you are working on, what career opportunities your field offers, and what specific roles and positions are likely to require of you. This understanding is also based on many years of discussing options and real-life experiences with UCT students and graduates. At the same time, I can help you reflect on what kind of work is likely to be fulfilling and satisfying for you. I am able to assess people, recognize their potential, and help them discover both the strengths they can build on and the factors that may be holding them back. During our meeting, you can choose whether you would like direct advice or prefer to look for solutions with the help of my questions, using a coaching approach.
I have extensive managerial experience, during which I helped various companies find ways to increase the satisfaction of customers, employees, and employers, set pricing strategies for products and services, and build strong brands. Since 2010, I have been professionally engaged in coaching. I have completed a coaching training programme accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and later also led training courses in basic and advanced coaching skills.
I also run courses in communication, sales, and management skills, time management, stress management, and other related topics. In addition, I recruit new employees for small companies that do not have their own HR specialist—so I sometimes sit on the other side of the table during interviews and recruitment processes.
I will be happy to share what I know with you and help guide you on your path.
Mgr. Lenka Muroňová
Associate Certified Coach (ICF) & Gallup-Certified Strengths CoachI am a professional coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, specializing in identifying, applying, and developing individual strengths. In addition, I work at UCT Prague as a lawyer—you may know me from lectures on copyright law.
I primarily help clients become aware of their strengths and guide them to reflect on what truly interests them, motivates them, and gives their lives meaning, as well as how these elements can be combined, applied, and further developed during their studies and throughout their professional lives. I support clients in turning their plans and dreams into reality and encourage them not to fear possible failures or dead ends, as these are a natural part of the journey toward fulfillment and happiness.
During our sessions, I will ask more questions than give advice, with the aim of helping you find your own answers to the questions and challenges you are facing. I believe that answers rooted in your individuality and personal situation have the greatest value and long-term sustainability.
I work not only with individual clients but also with teams in companies, where I help strengthen teamwork by supporting individual team members in becoming aware of their strengths and working with the entire team on learning how to complement and reinforce one another based on what each person does best naturally.
I look forward to meeting you.
