Student brochures
In collaboration with students, the PKC has created a set of practical brochures and handbooks designed to help you with the most common questions – whether related to your studies, further education and development, extracurricular activities, or job searching. The guides are available in printed form (at the Dean’s Office or the PKC) as well as in online versions (see below), usually in both Czech and English.
First year student brochure
The first year student brochure provides useful advice, tips, and tricks for their first steps at UCT Prague.
Bachelor’s brochure
The Bachelor’s brochure offers second- and third-year students tips for studying, writing their bachelor’s thesis, preparing for final exams, engaging in extracurricular activities, and gaining additional experience. It also includes guidance on choosing a follow-up master’s degree program.
Master’s brochure (only in czech)
The Personal Brand, CV, and Cover Letter is intended for master’s students, providing advice on how to successfully complete their studies, continue developing their skills, and find a good job.

The Dormitory brochure explains how UCT Prague dormitories operate and answers the most common questions.

The Mentoring brochure explains how the university’s mentoring program works for students, alumni, and employees. It describes the process, outlines the rules, and shares key tips for successful participation..
Graduation a Alumni
The Graduation and Alumni brochure describes the formal graduation ceremony and the official completion of studies.
Student Clubs: Step by Step (only in czech)
This guide takes you through the process of founding and managing a student club at UCT Prague. It offers helpful tips and procedures for various administrative aspects. It was written by students with extensive experience in running student organizations.
Czech Survival Guide
The Czech Survival Guide is brochure designed for all international students and staff staying in Prague for study or work. It helps you navigate life in the city and the Czech environment.
