Help with choosing your future direction and preparing for a job or internship
The Career Counseling is useful for those who want to clarify their future study and career direction with an independent counselor or coach, and to develop themselves in a way that makes their studies and work enjoyable and satisfying. The center can help you, for example, with deciding on your next steps in your studies or choosing a career, but also with preparing for a job or internship. We believe that every student should visit the Career Counseling at least once at each stage of their studies.
IIt is advisable to combine the available types of career counseling or to visit them repeatedly. Meetings take place in person or online and are free for all students and members of the Alumni Club.
Personal meetings take place mainly in Dejvice, and once a month we usually also offer meetings in Holešovice.

Please read the short information profiles of our consultants and choose a date not only according to your time availability, but also according to the focus and experience of the experts. Pay attention also to the preparation for the meeting itself - think about the topics and questions you want to discuss, so that you can get the most out of the time together.

Career consulting to obtain a job or internship
Career consultation offers advice in specific situations related to choosing a job, part-time job, or work/study internship. The counselor will help you decide between specific offers, prepare you for an interview in Czech and English, and teach you how to present your strengths and experience to an employer or how to ask for money for your work. They can help you with writing your CV and motivation letter.
If you want to discuss a specific job or study offer with the counselor, send them information about the position, company, school or internship in advance. If you also want to consult your CV and/or motivation letter, send it along with the rest of the information before your meeting.

Group career coaching
Group career coaching is a meeting of students who are considering their future study and career direction. They often have similar problems, uncertainties, and dreams as you, and their opinions can inspire you or lead you to the right decisions. The main goal of the group discussion is to discuss different ways to strengthen your own potential.
Duration: 90 minutes

Our main career counselor is Markéta Raková. Since 2024, we have been cooperating with career coach Lenka Muroňová, in order to ensure the availability of our services and to expand the portfolio of techniques and approaches that will help you in your development.
