The newly established Proteomics Facility on the Biomedical Research Campus in Prague, Czech Republic, is seeking a BSc or MSc level scientist for a position:

Proteomics Lab Research Assistant

Position Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, biology, or a related field
• Experience with basic laboratory techniques; previous exposure to proteomics/metabolomics sample preparation is an asset
• Willingness to learn and adopt new laboratory techniques
• Basic command of English, PC literacy

Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples for proteomics analysis from tissues, cells, and biofluids
• Work collaboratively within the service laboratory to streamline the workflow from the experimental design, sample prep, LC-MS analysis, and final data analysis and interpretation
• Order and maintain laboratory supplies and equipment
