Our program is governed by the Mentoring Principles, which also cover the processing of your personal data.

Program participants are required to abide by the rules of conduct that apply to both Mentees and our Mentors.

Before the meetings begin, you and your mentor also have the option of filling out a Mentoring Plan, in which you set your goals and expectations, and which you can also use to keep track of the progress you have made with your mentor. Filling it out is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended.
