This traineeship is designed for current Master’s students in life sciences who are eager to begin their career in the pharmaceutical industry. If you're curious about how pharmaceutical quality works—especially in collaboration with external manufacturers—this is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a real-world QA setting. As a QA Trainee, you’ll be part of the Quality team, learning how pharmaceutical companies ensure the safety and quality of their products, even when manufacturing is done by external partners. • Support the Quality Assurance oversight of CMOs and third-party laboratories
• Help review GMP documentation, including batch records, certificates of analysis, and deviation reports
• Assist in the management of quality systems such as change controls, complaints, CAPAs, and product quality reviews
• Contribute to vendor qualification activities and preparation for audits
• Maintain and organize QA documentation and records
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on quality-related matters
• Participate in administrative QA tasks such as data entry and document tracking

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related life science field, and current enrolment in a relevant Master's program
• Availability to work approximately 18 - 20 hours/week for 12 - 18 months maximum
• No prior experience required – training and support will be provided
• Eagerness to learn about pharmaceutical quality systems and GMP requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Native Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
