PRINT4D

In Print4D, we are developing 6-axis robotic arm printers for 3D Concrete Printing and the whole technology system that comes with it and software. It involves many disciplines such as electrical and mechanical engineering, software development, robotics, material science, design and many others.

For the internship in Print 4D, we are looking for interns to help us during the printing process as we are testing new equipment (hardware) and new materials so the internship will be more focused on support during the printing process. The support will be preparing the printer, testing the prints, running the printer and producing the printed products. In addition to those basic tasks, depending on the major of the interns we can assign more specialized tasks to them for example if a mechanical engineering student is here, he/she can help us develop the printhead & nozzle. If there is an electrical engineering student is here, he/she can help us integrate some sensors into our printhead and printing process. For a material engineering student, we can let him/her help with concrete material development, same applies for software, robotics and other students.
