Lukáš earned a doctoral degree in Management and Economy at the Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín. Within his work in the academic circles it is worth mentioning, among other things, that Lukáš prepared case studies for the Mendel University students, and later he became the head deputy of the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Sting Academy. With his current position as an executive at TIC Zlín he still reamins a lecturer at his alma mater where he teaches at the Faculty of Multimedia Communication in the Arts Management Atelier.

Apart from his academic career, Lukáš’s journey took him through several other interesting jobs. He considers his eight-year experience in the trade business to be fundemental, although his time spent working as an expert team member of the Individual project of the national KREDO at the Ministry of education, youth and sports is also worth mentioning. As is his position as the director of the CzechInvest regional office for the Zlín region.

Beside his profession he is also an enthusiastic skier and an even more enthusiastic father of two creative sons.

For me, the key motivation to participate in the mentoring program is TEAMwork.
