Lubomír acquired a masters degree in Business and management at he Aston University in Birmingham in 2021. Perhaps it was right there, where his love for developing enterpreneurship and supporting world-changing projects was born. 

He has been involved with non-formal education and lecturing since 2014 within the Atmosféra, z.s. association. He is also actively expanding the principles of non-formal education into the school systém. Since 2021 he has decided to use his experience with the conceptual thinking about educating others in the position of project manager and a lecturer of experience courses within the Technical innovation center in Zlin. 

„I would love to be constantly saving the world, I like to give meaning to my actions  and motivating young people to action and creativity.“ He loves to discuss which competences will be necesarry for a young person in 2035 to succeed in life. He spent some time living abroad and continues to deepen his experience through traveling. He enjoyes cycling and surfing.
