David Stíbal

David Stíbal is the managing director of the biotechnology incubator and venture builder i&i Prague, s.r.o., where he deals with the assessment of the business potential of scientific projects, the establishment and initial management of start-ups and the long-term development of the project up to its successful commercialization. He graduated from the Bachelor's and Master's programs at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague and received his Ph.D. from the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland. After his doctoral studies, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).  

Prior to joining i&i Prague, he worked at Lach-Ner s. r. o. as a researcher, where he focused on the development of modular catalytic systems.Thanks to his international scietific experience, he has mastered a careful approach to projects from various fields, from organic and inorganic chemistry to pharmaceutical sciences, bioinorganic chemistry and biochemistry.
