Thomas is an organizational psychologist who got his MA at the University of Ghent. He is also a tech optimist with a fervent passion for co-creating a Future of Business. He envisions workplaces where individuals thrive within healthy, communal platforms. A strong believer in the transformative power of education and bold leadership, he sees these as the cornerstones of a prosperous world.
Virtual reality holds a special place in his heart, serving as his favored method for shifting leadership consciousness and speeding up the learning process. He also actively dives into innovations where psychology and technology converge. This includes VR, consciousness, biosensing & neuroscience, flow states, psychological safety, sleep, art, dreaming, and more. As a co-founder of BeInX, Thomas offers (aspiring) leaders and their teams immersive experiences tailored to the emerging futures of their industry. This vision aligns with his dedication to fostering a healthier Future of Business. Rooted in this is his conviction that a profound understanding of emerging technology drives healthier decision-making. This principle is a reflection of his experiences during his time establishing the Xperience Lab at Deloitte in his role as Co-Chair for the Transformative Tech community in the Czech Republic, Thomas cultivates connections and ignites conversations about the transformative power of technology.
He champions its potential to instigate profound shifts in consciousness for those audacious enough to embrace it. At the heart of Thomas' philosophy on mentorship is a relation built on inspiring and vulnerable exchanges of life experiences, ambitions, hopes, fears, and trust. He is personally looking forward to investing in such relationships that are fulfilling and empowering for both mentee and mentor alike.
