How to register?

To successfully register, you must complete the following three steps:

  1. Make a personal appointment, during which you will also undergo a registration interview - the so-called functional diagnosis. Choose from the appointments below or contact our counsellor Mgr. Mgr. Ivana Matějů, who will be happy to arrange a convenient appointment with you.
  2. Provide one of the currently valid documents proving your disability:
    1. proof of disability,
    2. disability card,
    3. certificate of disability,
    4. evidence of a specific learning disability as determined by the results of a generally agreed diagnosis of specific learning disabilities (if you have not yet been diagnosed or the test is more than two years old, you can take a DysTest with us),
    5. evidence of an autism spectrum disorder as determined by a comprehensive evaluation by a clinical psychologist,
    6. medical report of the results of a professional medical examination - in the case of a mental illness, you must provide a report from a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist.
  3. Execute the Agreement for the Provision of Services to a Student with Special Needs and provide informed consent for the student to process personal information and request to be placed on the SSN student registry.

When can you register as SSN?

You may register at any time during the academic year, but no later than the start of the exam period. Registration as an SSP is a condition of receiving services.
