Our experienced team writes to you from our inbox. We generally write back within one day. All members of the email team have been trained by school staff and are ready to answer any query you may have. As a last resort, they will be able to refer you to the appropriate staff or department that can deal with your problem.

Are you a graduate of a bachelor's degree from another school, have you transferred to us as a Master’s student and are you interested in how things work at UCT Prague? Tutors from our school will answer your questions, help you fit in and help you adapt to your new environment faster. You will learn practical information that will be useful for your further studies. We're with you right from the start and we're happy to help!

Electronic Roadmap for Doctoral Students (ERD)
Are you planning to take on your PhD? Or are you already an experienced PhD student but still struggling with the "bureaucracy"? The phd.vscht.cz website (also known as the Electronic Roadmap for Doctoral Students - ERD) is just for you; you can find out what to expect from your PhD here, how to apply for a scholarship or how to go to a conference! A team of PhD student tutors collect feedback to improve the website in collaboration with the people who have created the site for you.

If you're reading this project description in English, you probably don't need us, but there are a large number of international students enrolled in English programmes at our school. As you can guess, their problems will be a little different from yours, and that's why we are here to help them.

Open days
Here you are, during your first visit to the university - whether it's your dream or you're still deciding. Three tutors at our stand during the Open Day will be happy to advise you on studying, accommodation or student extracurricular activities. They will also add their own experiences and tips, so that you’re off to a good start.

It is already clear from the name that this is about strengthening relationships, improving communication and cooperation between members.
