Where the fair is held
The fair will be held at the UCT Prague in the part of Building B near Zikova Street (map).
Arrival of participants
Arrival and registration of exhibitors is between 7:30 and 8:30; we recommend early arrival to avoid busy times and then have enough time to prepare your stand. After registration, you will be directed to the adjacent parking lots where parking spaces will be provided for you according to your order.
The fair is open to students from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Equipment of our stands
- Premium stand - a stand with a rear wall and logo measuring 3x1.5 m with the following equipment: table with logo, 2-3 chairs according to the number of exhibitors, connection to the electricity network (in case of more energy-intensive appliances, please contact us in advance to ensure sufficient connection capacity), access to wifi
- Standard stand - a stand with a rear wall and logo measuring 2x1.5 m with the following equipment: table, chairs according to the number of exhibitors, connection to the electricity network (in case of more energy-intensive appliances, please contact us in advance to ensure sufficient connection capacity), access to wifi
- Basic stand - 1.5x1 m exhibition space with the following equipment: table, chairs according to the number of exhibitors and connection to the electricity network (in case of more energy-intensive appliances, please contact us in advance to ensure sufficient connection capacity), access to wifi; for this stand variant we recommend bringing your own roll-up with your logo.
Choice of stand location
The stand location is allocated in order of the binding order date. If you wish to select a stand location according to your own preferences, you must purchase the Priority Stand Selection service.
Advertising in the Fair Guide
Instructions for sending materials will be sent to you after you have made a binding order for the service. If you are interested in revising the content of the printed materials, please send the documents by 16 February 2024.
