Important deadlines of the job fair:
- Ordering participation at the fair: from November 1, 2024 to March 3, 2025.
- Delivery of printed materials (Fair Guide) with a guarantee of revision: February 17, 2025.
- Delivery of the printed material (Fair Guide) without revision: March 10, 2025.
- Requests to modify stands (change of type/number of chairs, additional equipment): March 31, 2025.
- Delivery of documents for the job vacancy posting: April 7, 2025.
- Day of the fair: April 16, 2025.
- Completion of fair services (job advertisements, lectures): May 16, 2025.
Technical parameters of stands at Chem-iK 2025
Below you will find an overview of all available stand types at Chem-iK 2025. This year we are offering four stand types and a record number of up to 66 exhibition spaces.
All stand types have the following equipment:
- company name and logo
- marking in the orientation map in the printed and online Fair Guide own connection to the electricity grid
- Wi-Fi connection
- space for 1x roll-up outside the exhibition area of the stand
- catering for exhibitors and parking according to the ordered participation variant

Choice of stand location
The stand location is assigned in order of the binding order date. If you wish to select a stand location according to your own preferences, you must purchase the Priority Stand Selection option.

What is a Talk Show?
How does the Talk Show work?
A Talk Show is a structured conversation between a presenter (from the student body) and a representative(s) of the employer (max 2 people). The event takes place without a presentation and is conducted according to the scenario below. You are advised to prepare possible answers to the questions given or your own input (details, interesting facts) to present to the students.
The Talk Show is designed for an audience of approximately 30, students have the option to register in advance or attend the event without registering. The length is 25 minutes including space for questions from the audience, for which the last 5 minutes are usually reserved.
