We aim to address any barriers arising from your disability that might restrict you in your studies. We provide diagnostics, counselling and other services to compensate for your disability without compromising the quality of your studies (compensatory aids, extra time in exams, different form of exams, etc.). We work with faculties and individual teachers on support measures. If you are interested in these services, please register. All services are free of charge.
Who can contact us?
All students of the UCT Prague, which restricts:
- visual impairment (category A)
- hearing impairment (category B)
- physical or mobility disability (category C)
- specific learning disability (category D)
- autism spectrum disorder (category E)
- other difficulties, e.g. language or speech impairment, limited communication skills, chronic somatic illness, etc. (category F)

The way in which a student/applicant with specific needs demonstrates his/her disability or impairment, as well as the form and extent of support services, is always in accordance with the Methodological Standard for the Provision of Studies for Students with Specific Needs, which is part of Annex 3 of the Rules for the Provision of Grants and Subsidies to Public Universities by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.

How to register?
If you are interested in registering as a special needs student, please follow the instructions on this page. You can register at any time during the academic year, but no later than the start of the exam period.
